Casting supplier management: 1) Supplier KPI evaluation and actions follow up. (PPM, SNCC, chargeback) 2) Supplier audit. (VDA6.3, foundry technology audit, unannounced audit, ISO9001 audit etc.) 3) Supplier NCR handling (online: SAP handling; offline: problem solving: CAPA, 8D) 4) Supplier Zero Defects. (Firewall and Prevention) 5) Supplier change management (ECR, 4M1E etc.) 6) Member of global casting SQA forum, implement global casting supplier strategy.Your Profile · Bachelor or master degree in casting engineering.
